What your audience is worth

At 10K followers, these rates put 11 members on the standard $89 a month.

Your cut of every subscription, for as long as it stays active.
New subscribers from your audience only. If you coach 1:1 today, everyone who says no to your price stacks on top.
Where these numbers come from
The one public benchmark: a coach with a 550K list converted about 0.07% of it a year into a high-ticket application funnel. Medium runs 0.12% a year for an $89 subscription.
A launch week spikes well above these rates. None of it is in these figures.
An audience runs out. The model caps lifetime conversion at 1.5% of your followers, and that cap is priced into every figure here. Straight inflow math with no cap reads 17% to 78% higher.
The clients who finish a package and leave stack on top too. Neither pool is counted here: both depend on your business, not your audience.
The member count takes 36 months to build to this level. Year one is a fraction of it.
Every figure here prices members on the monthly plan. An annual member pays $588 up front instead of $89 a month, so your share of that member arrives in one payout and is 45% smaller across the year. You can set your own price with us, and every number here moves with it.
Won't this compete with your coaching?
The people who watch everything you post and never book a call are worth nothing to you today.
That doesn't change when you add a rung underneath yours. Your funnel keeps feeding what you sell exactly as it does now. The clone picks up the people who were never priced into your menu at all, so there's no buyer for the two of you to share.

We build the business around your coach
You keep making things people watch. We take it from there: what you should be known for, the content built around it, the placement where your buyers already are, and the numbers read back to you. Your channel grows toward an audience that buys, not one that only watches.
Your half of the deal is one word.

The AI never designs training
Splits, movements and loads resolve from published tables and a fixed exercise catalog. The model talks and operates the machine, so it cannot hallucinate a program.

A bench press needs a bench
The catalog stores every implement a movement takes, and your subscriber's declared gear has to cover the whole list. Barbell but no bench: the picker never builds it into week one.
It rewrites itself weekly
Each week it reads what your subscriber logged, fills the muscles that fell under their MEV floor, and prunes anything over MRV. Week 12 gets written by week 11.

The model proposes, the user commits
Any edit to the program's structure stages as a card naming the exact change before anything is written. Only the tap applies it; the model has no way to grant that consent itself.

Memory that expires on purpose
A reported injury binds the coach for 14 days, then it asks whether that is still true. Your subscriber can read the whole file and take any line off it.
It speaks first
A stalled lift, a PR, a streak about to break: each one is a registered trigger that starts a conversation in your voice.

What creators ask us
Real objections from creator calls. If yours is not here, ask and we add it.
How is this different from an affiliate deal?
An affiliate link pays once, at the sale, for a product that is not yours. Here you license your methodology and your voice to a coach that does the coaching, so what your audience joins is your offer, running under your name.
What's my cut?
A share of every subscription your audience pays, every month it stays active, not a one-time commission. Month 14 pays you the same as month one. We go through the rate and the full terms on the call before anything is signed. What doesn't change: it costs you nothing to start, and if nothing sells you owe nothing.
What do you actually need from me?
Whatever already exists: training programs, PDFs, spreadsheets, course material, podcast or video transcripts, and your socials. You send them once. If your method lives in your head rather than in a document, we pull your tone from what you've already posted and take the rest off a call.
How much work is this for me?
Two to four hours at signing to hand over your material, or close to zero if we pull your tone from your socials. After that you add no coaching hours to your week: you never write a workout and you never answer a subscriber. One thing stays yours, posting about it. Your audience has to hear it from you.
How fast does it go live?
About a week, not months. You see a working preview before anything is public, and nothing launches until you sign off on it.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, net 30 from month close, by direct deposit through Stripe Connect. A customer pays on March 15, March closes on the 31st, and your March payout lands by April 30. Stripe collects your W-9 or W-8BEN inside its own onboarding, and you do not need an LLC to take the money.
What am I locked into?
Starting costs $0, and if nothing sells you earn $0. The term runs until either side gives 30 days' written notice. Exclusivity covers competing fitness apps, so your 1-on-1, your courses, and your supplements keep running; check with us before any other low-ticket competing product. If you leave, your coach goes private to new signups, you keep earning on everyone who joined before that date for as long as we keep running your coach, and your methodology is never resold or used to train another AI product.
What about the clients I already have?
This sells to the people who never bought from you. Your 1-on-1 keeps running exactly as it does today, at the price it is today, and nobody in it gets moved onto the app. The audience for this is the ones who watch everything you post and never book a call, plus the ones who finish with you and leave. Both are worth nothing to you today.
Will the coach say things I disagree with?
You preview the coach before launch: sample chats, your notes, your sign-off on the launch state. You do not approve every message, and on the margin it will phrase things in words you would not choose. We monitor persona drift, and a behavior you flag gets fixed inside 5 business days.
Why wouldn't I just build my own app?
You could, and if you want to own delivery you should price it out. Two things worth knowing first. Most creator apps that get announced never ship, and shipping is the smaller half of the problem: a coaching engine has to write next week's training, hold a nutrition model, and answer at 2am, forever. Here the build and the upkeep are ours, it costs $0 to start, and your share stays the same for as long as each subscription is active.
My name is on it. Who is responsible when it gets something wrong?
We are. The coach cannot make a medical claim, and it hands a medical question to a doctor. There is no guilt language in it and no manufactured urgency. Support tickets from your subscribers come to us, not to you. A behavior you flag gets fixed inside 5 business days. Macros come out of a published formula rather than out of advice you gave, so a subscriber's targets are not you working outside your lane.
What does my audience pay?
$89 a month, or $588 a year, which works out to $49 a month. New members pay $20 for their first month on the monthly plan. Cancel within 30 days for a full refund. If someone takes the refund, your share of that month comes off your next payout, and we never pull from your bank.
