How this works
A mock view of how the CreatorClone engine reads a lifter profile. Five inputs, four weighted subscores, one composite. The flags name your specific deficits and the things you are already doing right. The recommendation names the single highest-leverage move you could make in the next two weeks.
The math is deliberately simple. The point is to make the engine's value system legible, not to predict your next 1RM.
Compute four subscores
Consistency from sessions per week. Recovery from hours of sleep. Fueling from protein per kg. Literacy from years lifting plus high-signal habit count. Each is clamped to [0, 100].
Weight the composite
30 percent consistency, 25 percent recovery, 20 percent fueling, 25 percent literacy. Consistency wins the largest weight because in real-world long-block data, attendance dominates almost every other input.
Generate flags from input combinations
Low sleep is a warn flag. Low protein is a warn. Sleep tracking is an ok flag. Five-plus sessions is an info flag (frequency-driven recovery risk). At least one flag always renders so the panel never reads empty.
Surface the highest-leverage move
We walk a priority list: sleep first, protein second, program-hopping third, consistency fourth, intensification last. The recommendation reflects the lowest-cost change with the largest expected delta on a 12-week block.
The trends are stylized. The flags and recommendation are calibrated. If the headline says 'Move sleep before you move loads', that is what we would say if you sat down with us in person.
